It helps to mention your blog's web address and what you were doing when something went wrong. Never send a password: we will not ask for one.

Your email address and password are on your account page, which is also where you see the assistants you connected and can delete your account. Each blog's own settings, backups and web addresses are on its page under your plekjes.
